Our Yoga Mindfulness for Moms class is taught by Savannah Seninger every Wednesday morning at 10am via zoom.
Yoga has a lot of great mental health benefits such as decreasing anxiety and depression as well as connecting mind, emotions, and body to help live a more balanced life. Through yoga, we learn how to feel calm and re-energized and be more present. When moms do yoga with their babies, it can strengthen the bond between them and teach them ways to calm both the mom and their baby. Other benefits include managing stress, improving overall health, strengthening the body and mind connection, increasing flexibility and balance, decreasing back pain, improving heart health, connecting to a positive community, promoting self-care, and improving sleep.
The cost is $40 per month with no contract or cancellation fees. Because of the discounted rate, we are unable to prorate the monthly fee for ending the month early, but you are welcome to cancel at any time. To cancel for the following month, simply email us by the last day of the current month.
